🚗 What if my flight is delayed?

No problem – we track flight times. If your flight is late, we’ll adjust your pick-up time where possible. Waiting charges may apply if there are long delays.


⏱ How long will the driver wait for me?

We allow a 15 minute grace period for free. After that, waiting time charges may apply. If you think you’ll be delayed, just let us know.


👶 Do you provide child seats?

Yes, child seats are available on request. Please let us know when booking so we can have the right seat ready for you.


🐾 Can I bring my pet?

Small pets are welcome if they travel in a carrier. For larger animals, please check with us when booking. Additional cleaning fees may apply.


🚫 Can I smoke in the car?

No, all our vehicles are strictly non-smoking.


💳 How do I pay?

We accept payment by card, bank transfer, or cash (depending on your booking type).


❌ What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel more than 2 days before your booking and you’ll get a refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
